Jeffreeman “JEFF” Brown Jr.

As a licensed massage therapist and health and wellness coach who helps people of all levels of society, I create an environment in which joint effort is involved to getting the person to feel the way they want to feel. With massage, the unique style is of Asian bodywork with a blend of sports, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and tool modalities, for therapeutic, mobility, and pain reduction.

 The belief and practice is surrounded by understanding there are little to no limitations in life or setback a person may acquire that does not have the possibility of improvement. There can always be a percentage of reaching a goal and maintaining it. All my habits and interest are the foundation and development of “The Body Mechanics.”

TBM is to create an overall journey for the person to witness a transformation in where they were and intent to create a path to their goal.

Workout junkie? Desk worker? Manual laborer? Overweight? Disability? Whatever it may be, the representation of the everyday person I can relate their body mechanics. I have traveled the world, which adapted an awareness of culture practices and the restriction that may come with certain services.

I have a passion for making people feel complete while continuing to reach their full potential and beyond, but on the side, I also enjoy taking negative energy from the universe and eliminating it as best as possible. Every service is uniquely designed for the individual while no experience is the same as the other, or their past.  Thank you I look forward to creating your journey with you.
